We offer personal training as well as group training in Indoor Cycling, yoga, pilates, strength and core conditioning as well as kids fitness, Running clubs/clinics and introductions to meditation. The Team at Millcroft Fitness & Wellness

Janicke Ziemer
Janicke is our studio director and founder of Millcroft Fitness & Wellness. She holds a degree in physical and health education from Queens University and is a certified personal trainer. She also
holds numerous certifications through Can Fit Pro, ACE, Body Training Systems, Madd Dog Athletics Spinning, OASES, Ballys, Polestar Pilates and the Heart & Stroke Foundation. She has also completed many intensive trainings through Stott Pilates as well as with some of the industry's best yoga teachers including Donna Read and Hart Lazer. Janicke has been personal training, teaching group exercise as well as managing in the fitness industry for over 19 years and is currently a proud ambassador for Lululemon and is a competitive adventure racer, runner and duathlete.

Tracey Jamieson
Tracey is a Can Fit Pro certified personal trainer as well as fitness instructor, certified in First Aid and CPR, YMCA certified in Individual Conditioning and Group Fitness.. She has worked for the YMCA for over 10 years managing the Fitness Centre, Personal Training program as well as the Aerobics department. Tracey has a passion for fitness and always enjoys a challenge. Tracey also enjoys distance running and has completed many full and half marathons and in the past few years has enjoyed training and competing in trail running.

Anthony Sreblowski
Anthony Sreblowski graduated from Canadian Therapeutic College as a Registered Massage Therapist. Additionally, he studied an extra year to specialize in Sports Injury Therapy and is qualified in Active Release Technique™ (ART). He has worked with many sports teams including hockey, soccer, judo, skateboarding, trampoline and tumbling. Anthony is a certified personal trainer and also follows his own passion for training and cycling. He has a diverse knowledge on treating and rehabilitating injuries for the athlete, the weekend warrior or the everyday individual.

Colin Rodgerson
Colin is an ACE certified personal trainer who has over 20 years of multi sport and personal coaching experience. As well as being a Certified Cross Fit Trainer and Spinning Instructor, Colin is a Peer Fitness Trainer for the Toronto Fire Department helping veteran fire fighters maintain or improve their health and fitness. As a competitive triathlete since 1987, Colin has achieved personal bests at Ironman Canada 10:50:54, Buffalo marathon 2:53 and a 33:54 10km !! Colin's personal journey in fitness has led him to CrossFit, a strength and conditioning program delivering fitness that is by design broad general and inclusive.

Nancy Hastings
Nancy is both a certified Johnny G Spin Instructor as well as CanFitPro personal trainer. She has completed over 25 triathlons and more than 20 running races including half marathons. Nancy is the past head coach for the Burlington Track and Field Club coaching kids between 6 -14. She is the co-race director for the Moon In June road race which has raised over $100,000.00 for local charities !! Nancy organizes a yearly 100 mile cycle trip to Niagara on the Lake and leads a local weekly "ladies only" bike ride. She sits on the board of directors for the Trialthlon Club of Burlington as well as coaches and trains new triathletes to compete in their first triathlon race.

Alan Adcock
Alan is a certified indoor cycling instructor who has been teaching for over 8 years. He has been competing in Triathlons over the last 11 years and has recently completed Ironman USA in Lake Placid.. Alan has also competed in Combat Firefighting Fitness for 3 years and has competed at the World Championships in Las Vegas. Being a firefighter, fitness is an integral part of his life, even from childhood sport in South Africa.

Christine Line
Christine Line has been an active fitness instructor for over 10 years, teaching a wide variety of class formats and individuals. Her success in helping to motivate and shape the lives of thousands stems from her own personal passion for health and fitness. An avid athlete, Christine Line has spent the last several years training and racing in triathlons and is a National Team Triathlon Member for 2008. Her areas of expertise include weight loss coaching and training, cardiovascular fitness training, strength and flexibility training, and core strength and stability. Christine has trained and taught fitness in both Canada and the United States.

Natalie Bell
Natalie is a certified yoga instructor and has been a yoga practitioner for over 3 years. She recently completed a year long teacher training program under the guidance of Nesta Falladown at the Yoga Centre in Burlington. She has also undergone further teacher training with Francois Raoult in the Iyengar style of yoga and Seane Corn in the Vinyasa Flow style. Natalie's other pursuits have been in meditation and relaxation workshops facilitated by Tony Murdoch. Natalie's goal is to provide a passionate, dynamic and invigorating experience to her students that incorporate both the physical and spiritual aspects of the yoga practice. Her classes are of an energetic flow style mixed with eclectic music and followed by a full relaxation. Natalie believes that yoga teaches us not only strength, flexibility and grace of the body, but of the mind as well.

Julie Robinson
Julie is a STOTT Pilates certified instructor and has a medical background as an RN and product trainer. Pilates is her passion and have been a practitioner for over eight years. Pilates has made a profound difference in her life and now has a mission to help one body at a time learn how to really live well in their own body and to be the very best they can be !! Julie is a very patient, passionate and enthusiastic trainer and provides a safe, refreshing and energizing full body workout. Regardless of one's current fitness level, age or gender, from elite athlete athletes to those with limited mobility, her pilates way is very adaptable method. She loves the fact that Pilates is for everybody and can be practised throughout one's life...it is never too late to start a journey that is never ending !

Teresa Marie Bloom (Terri)
Terri is a master yoga teacher, healer, guide, artist, inspirational speaker and mentor. She is a Lululemon ambassador and a director of hatha yoga. She is creator of YogArt International Inc., a highly successful camp for teens and pre-teens that combines yoga and art in a liberally formatted program. Terri's meditations are spontaneously spoken, intuitively guided and individually inspired.

Paul Ziemer
Paul has been a chiropractor for over 12 years and also holds a Bachelor of Science in physical and health education from Western University. He has been a certified personal trainer through ACE and was in the first group in Canada to get Spinning certified ! He is the founder of Canadian Laser & Pain Therapy.

Michele Benoit
Michele is a Certified and Registered Nutritional Consultant Practitioner in holistic nutrition, receiving her Diploma, with distinction, from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2005. Having owned and operated a fitness and lifestyle business since the year 2000, Michele is also a certified Personal Training and Aquatic Specialist with over 15 years experience in these related fields. Combined with a background in Landscape Architeture, Michele brings an interesting and unique blend of skills, expertise and passion to her clientele. Michele has a strong belief in the interconnection between mind, body, spirit and environment and she promotes optimal health from within while integrating "the big picture". With a focus on realistic and balanced principles, Michele’s committment is to guide, educate and bring awareness to wellbeing through healthy, wholesome active living.

Natalie MacMillan
Natalie is a recent graduate from Canadian Therapeutic College providing individualized treatments based on clients’ specific needs and goals. Her background in exercise physiology, biomechanics and orthopaedic assessment allows her to design treatment plans and remedial exercise programs tailored to each client. Natalie is qualified to apply electrical modalities such as ultrasound, interferential current and laser therapy. She is able to provide sport-specific taping and bracing as a part of injury prevention or rehabilitation. In addition to training in Swedish massage, she is also trained in specialized techniques such as myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Natalie’s combined training in injury rehabilitation and massage therapy allows her to provide effective treatment for all stages of pain and injury.
