Group Training
Group Training at Millcroft Fitness includes innovative intimate group programs in yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, strength & core conditioning, running, Fusion Fitness as well as Kids & Teen Fitness. All group training classes are led by certified personal trainers, certified yoga instructors, certified indoor cycling instructors, certified pilates instructors and/or certified Fusion Fitness Instructors.
Group Training is affordable and fun. Enjoy the variety of programming, the energy of the music, awesome trainers and a great social atmosphere ! Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced – are all welcome. Small group fitness at Millcroft Fitness allows for options and modifications. Your instructor/trainer will take great care of you !
