Group Training

Group Training at Millcroft Fitness includes innovative intimate group programs in yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, strength & core conditioning, running, Fusion Fitness as well as Kids & Teen Fitness. All group training classes are led by certified personal trainers, certified yoga instructors, certified indoor cycling instructors, certified pilates instructors and/or certified Fusion Fitness Instructors.

Group Training is affordable and fun. Enjoy the variety of programming, the energy of the music, awesome trainers and a great social atmosphere !

Group Training Class Descriptions:

Indoor Cycling Millcroft Fitness & Wellness An indoor cycling program geared to all fitness levels.
Cycle & Core   Start with an indoor cycling class and finish with core conditioning.
Group Power Walk   A group outdoor power walking session led by a certified personal trainer. All levels welcome. Rain or shine.
Strength Core & More   A full body strength and core conditioning class utilizing a variety of but not limited to your own body weight, barbells, dumbells, stability balls, medicine balls, resistence tubing and the bosu ball.
Pilates (On the ball or mat)   With emphasis on breath and focus on core stability and body awareness, pilates is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without adding bulk or stressing your joints. Pilates is a perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, sport, rehab and life!
Yoga   A vinyasa flow style yoga class.
Fusion Fitness   A fitness based fusion of yoga and pilates geared to lengthen and
strengthen.
Zumba   This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away!

 

Group Training Class Rates

Your First Class at Millcroft Fitness   Free
1 Drop In Class   $15
10 Class Package   $130 ($13/class)
20 Class Package   $240 ($12/class)
Monthly Unlimited Group Training
(min 2 mth committment)
  $100/month with a minimum 2 mth committment
(15 Days notice to cancel anytime after 2 months)
One Month Only Unlimited   $ 140
One Year Unlimited   $1000 payment in full

Please add gst to all fitness class prices above. Pre registration for group classes are available with all unlimited, 10 & 20 class packages. With 12 hours notice, you may cancel a class reservation without penalty. Drops Ins will be available with same day booking if space permits.

Run Club Page

5, 8, 10 km and Half Marathon Running Clinics. (Please check the front desk for current dates as several new clinics offered throughout the year.)
These running clinics are designed to prepare you for either a 5, 8 , 10 km or half marathon local running race. These clinics vary in lengths from 8 to 14 weeks and run once per week. Each session begins with a short informational and applicable seminar followed by a group run of varying lengths depending on program. Detailed running programs for either your first race or for improving your race times included. All clinics include an appropriate detailed running program, access to weekly run clubs, a free InBody Body Composition Analysis, experienced runners as your coaches plus 2 free group fitness classes. All levels welcome.

Free Running Clubs
Throughout the year we offer various evening, morning and weekend run clubs. Run your own desired length but with a group....as a group we all accomplish more..more motivating, more fun and more social....and it is free for all !! Home of The Running Girlz since 2004.

Saturday Mornings at 8am (All year)
Friday Mornings at 10:30am (All year)
Tuesday Evenings at 6:30 pm (Spring, Summer & Fall)

The Running Girlz Run Club meets rain or shine 12 months of the year on Saturdays at 8am. The starting location may vary weekly, so please do contact Janicke at janicke@millcroftfitness.com to register and to receive the updated schedule of meeting places for each Saturday. All levels are welcome ! The Running Girlz have raced throughout the province, in Canada, the States as well as Barbados and Jamaica and have been featured in Best Health magazine.
