Group Training
Group Training at Millcroft Fitness includes innovative intimate group programs in yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, strength, core, running, Fusion Fitness as well as Kids Fitness. All group training classes are led by certified personal trainers, certified yoga instructors, certified indoor cycling instructors, certified pilates instructors and/or certified Fusion Fitness Instructors.
Group Training is affordable and fun. Enjoy the variety of programming, the energy of the music, awesome trainers and a great social atmosphere !

An introductory class for newcomers to the practice of yoga. |

Pre registration is available with all 10 and 20 class packages. With 24 hours notice, you may cancel without penalty. Drop ins will be available with same day booking if space permits.

Specialty Group Training
The following group training sessions must be booked in advance and either a 4 or 8 week committment is required...no drop ins permitted. Please find an informational flyer at the front desk with costs and next session start dates.
Pilates Mat
With an emphasis on breath and focus on core stability and body awareness, pilates is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. Pilates is a perfect compliment to cardiovascular exercise, sport, rehab and life.

Personal Best

An eight week program that will help you achieve your fitness and wellness goals in a time efficient, fun and supportive manner. This program is designed for you to lose weight, tone up and feel great.
The 8 week program includes:
- 3 InBody Body Composition Analysis
- 24 Personal Best Total Body Conditioning classes (3x/week)
- 8 Learn & Burn Classes (1x/week)
- 4 weeks of healthy eating habits
- 2 weeks Pre Cleanse
- 9 Day Cleanse
- 8 week Personal Best journal
Girl Power
An 8 week seasonal session of various fitness class types geared towards girls between the ages of 6-12....pre registration for the full 8 week program required. This class is always a sell out....please reserve your spot asap.
Intro to Meditation
Enjoy 8 weeks of meditation guided by Teresa Marie Bloom. Her meditations are spontaneously spoken, intuitively guided and individually inspired.
5 & 10 km Running Clinics
This running clinic is designed to prepare you for either a 5 or 10 km local running race. The clinic runs once per week with each session beginning with a 20 minute informational and applicable seminar followed by a group run of varying lengths. Detailed running programs for either your first 5 km race, first 10 km race or improving your 10 km race time included.
All levels are welcome.
Running Clubs
Join a group of runners both male and female for your own desired length of run....as a group we all accomplish more..more motivating, more fun and more social....and it is free for all !! Home of The Running Girlz since 2004.
Running Clubs meet every Saturday, rain or shine, at 8am.
