Group Training

Group Training at Millcroft Fitness includes innovative intimate group programs in yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, strength & core conditioning, running, Fusion Fitness as well as Kids & Teen Fitness. All group training classes are led by certified personal trainers, certified yoga instructors, certified indoor cycling instructors, certified pilates instructors and/or certified Fusion Fitness Instructors.

Group Training is affordable and fun. Enjoy the variety of programming, the energy of the music, awesome trainers and a great social atmosphere !

Boot Camp   interval strength, core & cardio workout geared to tone & sculpt the body and burn a ton of calories !
Indoor Cycling⁄Spinning Millcroft Fitness & Wellness Indoor cycling for all fitness levels.
Strength Core & More   Total body strength and core conditioning.
Fusion Yoga/Pilates   A fitness based fusion of Yoga and Pilates geared to lengthen and strengthen the whole body.
Yoga   A pure vinyasa flow class connecting breath, body & mind.
Pilates On the Ball/Mat   With emphasis on breath and focus on core stability and body awareness, pilates is a highly highly effective way to strengthen and streamline your body.
Spin & Strength   30 min Spin and 30 min strength & core conditioning.
Spin & Run   Start with a 40 min spin class filled with intervals and then come for a coached run workout outside. A great brick workout for any triathletes/duathletes in training !
Junior Yoga   A yoga class especially for juniors 9-15 (*8 week sessions)
Kids Yoga   A yoga class especially for kids 5-9yrs (*8 week sessions)
Junior BootCamp   A fitness & sport conditioning program for young athletes & non athletes alike. Great training cross training for all sports.
Personal Best Functional Fitness   A specially designed physio supervised functional fitness class enrol for clients enrolled in our Personal Best Weight Loss Program.
