A great way to experience the benefits of personal training with a small group of like-minded women @ a fraction of the cost !
Mondays or Wednesdays at 1:15pm - or -
Tuesdays or Thursdays at 8:15pm
Included in all Fit Chicks programs:
*Individual body composition analysis, summary of results and goal setting at start of program
and after every 4 week session with a certified personal trainer
* one healthy lifestyle habit will be discussed each week, set as a goal and coaching given
on how to be successful achieving this goal
* A kick butt strength core and more workout at every session with a certified personal trainer
* 2 Nutrition Group Info Sessions with a registered nutritionist every month offered every
second Tuesday @ 5:45pm (optional but included)
One session per week for 4 weeks $ 100 plus hst
Two sessions per week for 4 weeks $ 160 plus hst
Choose two sessions/week and receive an additional complimentary class each week...choose from spinning, bootcamp, fusion yoga/pilates & more
