Fit Chicks for women only !!
Mondays and/or Wednesdays and/or Fridays @ 1:15pm
Tuesdays and/or Thursdays plus now Wednesdays @ 8:15pm
and now a Sunday option @ 10:15am
Mens Fitness for men only
Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:00am
and Saturdays at 7:30am !
Included in all Fit Chicks / Mens Fitness programs:
*Individual body composition analysis, summary of results and goal setting at start of program
and after every 4 week session with a certified personal trainer
* healthy eating and lifestyle habits will be discussed weekly, set as goals and coaching given
on how to be successful achieving these goals
* A kick butt strength core and more workout at every session with a certified personal
One session per week for 4 weeks $ 100 plus hst ($25/session)
Two sessions per week for 4 weeks $ 160 plus hst ($20/session)
Three Sessions per week for 4 weeks $ 216 plus hst ( $18/session)
Choose two or three sessions/week and receive an additional complimentary class each week...choose from spinning, bootcamp, fusion yoga/pilates & more
**Fit Chicks and Mens Fitness do qualify for our physio supervised exercise program and may be elgible for extended health care coverage
