5, 8, 10 km and Half Marathon Running Clinics - Several new clinics offered throughout the year.
These running clinics are designed to prepare you for either a 5, 8 , 10 km or half marathon local running race. These clinics vary in lengths from 8 to 14 weeks and run once per week. Each session begins with a short informational and applicable seminar followed by a group run of varying lengths depending on program. Detailed running programs for either your first race or for improving your race times included. All clinics include an appropriate detailed running program, access to weekly run clubs, a free InBody Body Composition Analysis, experienced runners as your coaches plus 2 free group fitness classes. All levels welcome.
Running Clubs Saturdays at 8 am
Throughout the year we offer various evening, morning and weekend run clubs. Run your own desired length but with a group....as a group we all accomplish more..more motivating, more fun and more social....and it is free for all !! Home of The Running Girlz since 2004.
The Running Girlz Run Club meets rain or shine 12 months of the year on Saturdays at 8am. The starting location may vary weekly, so please do contact Janicke at janicke@millcroftfitness.com to register and to receive the updated schedule of meeting places for each Saturday. All levels are welcome ! The Running Girlz have raced throughout the province, in Canada, the States as well as Barbados and Jamaica and have been featured in Best Health magazine. |
